I was trying to find the name of a particular type of braiding/twist hair style?

it's twist but they look sort of like microbraids, I know that they aren't kinky twist but they are long and skinny like microbraids. I just wanted to know if anyone knew the name of the particular style.

Yes. You can buy little foam spirals, hair pillows, and plastic snap-on curl/wave devices. None of these are electronic so you can use them in a power outage!!! :)

put it in a bun or a knot. or do two buns one on each side of your head. or their is rag curling. where your wrap your hair around rags and tie them up.

Yes....you can get a perm (make sure it goes with your face shape). just make sure you deep condition the crap out of your hair because its tough chemical procedure. Do it professionally. Bring a picture of what you want. tell them you want soft curly/wavy hair and make sure they using the right size rollers otherwise you will end up looking like you stuck your hand in a socket and you want to look like tina turner. not attractive. Research bout it and ask professionals about it. Dont make the mistake i did.

DUDE! Why the hell dyou wanna curl your hair. If it's straight, luv it the way it is! My hair is terribly curly and frizzy n I LONG for straight hair!!!! :(

Kanekalon lasts better and burns better also. And an additional tip is to rub baby oil through your braids before you dip them. It helps them look and feel a lot better.
