I think it's just disrespect. I've asked him over and over again to get his hair cut,but he continues to have her braid it. Am I just being insecure?

Is she a professional hair dresser, if so then yes you are. Easy solution though learn how to braid and do it for him your self.

The only time a girl ever braided my hair it was a flirting thing, an excuse to touch me.

He obviously does not want to get his hair cut, so if you don't braid it for him and that is what he wants to with his hair, then I guess he goes and gets some other woman to braid it for him.

you should talk to your husband regarding this. if your husband keeps on wanting to get his hair braided then its his decision. if you want him to get haircut then talk it out with him.. leave the poor woman alone.. ;-)

Yes in the short. Braids can be painful, expensive and time consuming. Is she a quick and relatively pain free braider? Maybe she is half the price of others. If she does a bad job or braids his hair topless then you might have good reason to complain, but if she has been doing his braids forever then suck it up. He may not like some dude painting your toenails but as long as that is all it is leave it be. Now if she is doing more than braids I say we whip her ***. ~Hollah!!

Yeah I think you're just overreacting. Fact is, he doesn't want his hair cut. He wants to leave it long and braid it instead. Why don't you learn how to braid his hair so he doesn't have to visit her for it.

That depends. Can you braid hair? If you can, than it IS disrespectful to you. But if you can't, then not really. I'm sure he goes to that girl for a reason. Price, friendliness, quality, whatever. BUT if you've asked him to go to someone else and he still doesn't, then that's disrespectful too.You can try learning how to braid or going with him when he gets it braided so you can be friends with this woman too.

my husband gets his hair braided by a woman that is not a hairdresser either more like a friend of a friend. as long as he just gets his hair braided and comes home don't be so insecure. you shoud trust your husband if he has never given you a reason not too.
