which hair should i get-synthetic or real. how do i take care of it? how long would it last? will it pull my hair out? will it pull my hair hard or in an other way?? i really want these braids and my hair is not long enough for my own hair to be braided without the extension. i will be getting a consultation from a hair stylist but until then im postin this question.

I am white and I keep my hair done. I use synthetic hair, but mine holds it because my hair is so bushy and thick anyways. If you have thin hair, then for some reason real hair seems to work better. I don't know what kind of style you are trying to get, but I always use friends, not professionals. For styles that I might pay 300$ for at a salon, I can pay my homegirls 50$ and buy my own supplies. Everyones hair is different, but if your not used to it, it can be uncomfortable and painful until you get used to it. It makes my hair grow, personally. When I do take my styles down, and I leave 'em in about 3 or 4 months, my hair falls out a little, but I've been told that the amount is no more than the average amount most people lose in a day. But it is always longer(and silkier) when I do take it down.
