A lot better its better to style with human hair than synthetic. With human you can wash,curl,blow dry with out damage but with synthetic you can't really do anything.

yes because when you braid with human hair you can get it wet, and apply heat where with synthetic hair if you get it wet it ends up a frizzy mess and you can not apple very much heat to it

u can shampoo, apply mousse, hairspray, blow dry, flat iron and do so many other styling techniques with human hair. i highly recommend getting human hair when getting braids put in- especially micro braids where the hair is loose on the ends.
