im looking for someone who does hair braiding (like the braiding done in bali) in melbourne, australia. preferably cheap.

Braiding hair is very hard on the styist's hands, therefore, I sincerely doubt you'll find it anywhere "cheaply". And, don't forget, hairdressers need to make a living wage, too.

I've heard that some of the best braiders are on Chapel Street, but they'll probably cost you a "pretty penny". Try an outter suburb for cheaper rates on micro-braiding - or go to Bali!
