nothing really helps you hair grow faster, but braiding it, for example before bed, instead of putting it in a ponytail causes less breakage, which makes hair healthier and stronger

I think that a braid keeps it neat and without tangles. Also, I brush it less because it is always in a braid. I think so and you have to make sure that you keep it oiled and not too dry. They even say dirty hir makes yoru hair grow but i dont think so. I believe braids make your hair growpretty quickly.
