Hey, Im in a play and for my part i need to have my hair up. Does anyone know any good styles that look good and are easy?

french braid to the back of crown. put in your tie, and let rest hang. then curl all of rest of hair, even what hangs from braid, then run fingers through curls for messy curl look. leave a few whisps hanging in front curled.

maybe in a bun or braided up!! you could get little deorating things to put in it or like hair spray with glitter!!

Sounds like you want to braid your hair....but what sort of character are you playing? It all depends on the costume to be worn. If you just have to have your hair up so you can wear a hat then braids or a low tight pony-tail would be great. But if you are supposed to be playing an older lady you may want to go for a bun. If you know how to do a french braid that is your best shot. They look really nice when you divide you hair in half (like you were going to wear pig-tails) and the french braid each side.

When my hair was long, I braided it by starting the braid higher up on the back of my head, not down at the nape of the neck. It's easier than a french braid, keeps the hair off the neck and looks a bit fancier than a lower braid. Also, it's easy to pin up the hair after braiding.

Ok party to the side and in a pony tail in the back and lots of braids,and put glitter in your hair,that will look good,good luck

for a village warrior you shouldn't have it fancy... you should have it sort odf rough looking you should start out with a french braid until you get to the top of your head (like were your parts normally end, that section) then finish it up in a tight not. alot of people are saying to glitter it but how many female police oficers or armywomen do you see with glitter in there hair? slim to none!!(at least on the job)
